*including Christmas and New Year
HIGH Season - £530 (GBP)
25th June to 23rd July
PEAK Season - £640(GBP)
21st July to 25th August

*Christmas and New Year is defined as the 2 full weeks in which the 25th and 31st December fall in any particular year.

NOTE: The above dates are based on calendar months. Actual booking periods run Saturday to Saturday and may not coincide with the calendar season rates.

Special rates available for longer term bookings on application

Fresh linen provided on arrival and weekly thereafter.
Cleaning service not provided during stay.
Property available from 16.00hrs on day of arrival.
Property to be vacated by 10.00hrs on day of departure.
Changeover day Saturday (unless by special arrangement).
