  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings placed with the owners of Los Jardines No 40 (Phase 1) Calahonda Spain and shall constitute the "Booking Agreement".
  2. The "Property" shall mean the entirety of the first and second floors known as Los Jardines No 40 (Phase 1) Calahonda.
  3. The term "Client" shall mean the person completing the order form and whose name shall appear on the "Booking Confirmation".
  4. The "Letting Period" shall be the booked and confirmed week number(s) and commence on the Saturday of the week at 16.00hrs local time and end on the Saturday of the week at 10.00hrs local time.
  5. No booking shall be deemed to have been confirmed until written confirmation has been posted to the Client and all monies and deposits cleared through the owners bank.
  6. The "Rental" will be the all inclusive charge applicable for the appropriate season and period as advertised from time to time and will be for the entire apartment for up to a maximum of six occupants.
  7. A "Damage Deposit" of £150 (GBP) will be payable with and in addition to the total cost of the booking and will be repayable in full or part providing no damage is caused to the property or contents at the conclusion of the letting period. Any deduction for damages will be at the sole discretion of the owners and any balances returned to the client within a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the letting period.
  8. The Client agrees to treat the property and its contents with care and in a reasonable manner and at the conclusion of the letting period to leave same in a clean and tidy condition, replacing any broken or damaged crockery and cooking utensils. Any abnormal cleaning requirements may be charged against the damage deposit. It is the responsibility of the Client to notify the owner of any damage as quickly as possible to allow remedial repairs or replacements to be effected.
  9. No sub-letting of any kind is allowed and the Client agrees that the property will not be used for any inappropriate or immoral purpose. The Client further agrees to indemnify the owners against any third party actions brought about by their negligence or wilful acts.
  10. If the booking is for a party, then the Client is deemed to be the named person making the booking and he/she will be the responsible person in all aspects of these Terms and Conditions.
  11. Cancellation of a booking MUST be in writing and sent by first class Recorded Delivery. The Client agrees to pay a cancellation charge according to the following scales:-
  12. The Letting Cost is confined to the property only and does not include any flights, transfers or taxes.
